Cycling at NAB 2012

Hi Folks,

As Many of you know, I tend to get up early and go for a blast on my road bike whilst at NAB. If you would you like to join in, then all you have to do is appear. Here is the timetable:

Sat 14th April 2012 – 56 milies. Lake Mead loop.

start: 06:00 Trump Tower, Fashion show Mall
route map: bikely - LAS-vegas-56-Lake-Mead

Sun 15th April 2012 - 15 mile Red Rock Canyon Loop

start: 06:10 Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center

Mon 16th April 2012 – 15 mile Red Rock Canyon Loop

start: 06:10 Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center

Tue 17th April 2012 – short local loop in Las Vegas centre

start: 06:30: Trump Tower
route map: TBD - Head west to the blue lake?

Wed 18th April 2012 -short local loop in Las Vegas centre

start: 06:30 Trump Tower
route map: TBD – Leisurely sight seeing in old Las Vegas?

Thu 19th April 2012 - 15 mile Red Rock Canyon Loop

Fri 20th April 2012 – Goosberry Mesa in Utah . 5 hours mountain bikikng

Hire mountain bikes here: Zion Cycles
Stay here: Bumbleberry Inn
Drive here and cycle: Goosberry Mesa

Sat 21st April 2012 - Goosberry Mesa in Utah . 5 hours mountain bikikng then race for airport.

It’s movember again. If you haven’t heard of it before then check out their website. The goal of movember is to raise awareness and funds towards men’s health. My personal motivation is:

“… to not drop dead accidentally through ignorance or complacancy. I’ve seen the effects of testicular cancer and would like to minimise the chances of it happening to me or others.”
